Shipping & Returns
Our team at AP Sports Regimen sincerely appreciates your business and we are sorry that your order did not work out. However, we will gladly accept your return, if it’s been within 30 days of the original purchase.
Online Return Instructions:
- Enter your order number* and email address registered on your account.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return.
- Select the appropriate return reason(s) and quantities for your item(s) being returned.
- Select your return method: Exchange or Refund
- If exchange, please provide as many details as possible. Verify your shipping address is the same. If not, please update to your correct address.
- If refund, confirm details and check your email for pre-paid shipping label.
*Order Number can be found in the upper right-hand corner of your ship confirmation email or your packing slip.
Once your return/exchange has been approved and you have been sent your return label, you will have 10 days to get the item back to us.
FOR APPAREL NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF IT HAS BEEN WASHED, WORN, OR HAVE TAGS REMOVED. FOR SUPPLEMENTS THAT ARE MISSING MORE THEN 50% OF THE CONTAINER THEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
We offer free US returns. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the day you’ve received your order. Item must be accompanied by original packing slip with order number and item(s) requesting to return.
- The product(s) must be in its original condition, security seal intact, unless there is a manufacturing defect, or product(s) was damaged in transit.
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
- Returns must be processed within 30 days from the day of receipt.
- Item(s) must have been purchased directly from our website.
Returns with more than 50% of the container missing will not be eligible for a return.
All returns require a return authorization number which must be present on the outside of the return package. Please request your return authorization number and pre-paid shipping label using our online returns portal (see above).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer free US exchanges. Item(s) must be exchanged within 30 days on defective/damaged item(s) and item(s) being exchanged for the same product or different flavor.

Body: List items you wish to exchange, what flavor you would like to replace with, verify shipping address, and include all other necessary information.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
All Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Final Sale items may be exchanged for different flavor.
Items purchased during promotional sales or using a discount code may be exchanged or returned for the amount paid.
We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
